Cancellation and Refund Policy

At KiranaGuru, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. However, we understand there may be situations where you need to cancel an order or request a refund.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:

  • If there is a technical issue or error from our end preventing successful order completion.
  • If duplicate payments are made by mistake.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Perishable grocery items once delivered
  • Orders that have already been shipped and delivered
  • One-time special discounts or offers
